The project ‘Socijalnim dijalogom do kvalitetnih radnih mjesta u graditeljstvu i turizmu’ (Social Dialogue for Quality Jobs in Construction and Tourism) aimed to improve working conditions and promote social dialogue in the construction and tourism sectors. It was initiated by the Croatian Construction Trade Union and involved partnerships with the Croatian Tourism and Services Trade Union. The project focused on informing workers about their rights, negotiating collective agreements, and conducting research to enhance the implementation of collective agreements in practice.
